Customer just asked if we can set the column layouts of sales order entry lines tab. He wants all users to see the same first, second and third column, etc.... I don't see a way to do this globally without programming. Any ideas? TIA

I've had this question a few times and would be interested if anyone has found an easy way to accomplish this. So far it has been solved by visiting individual workstations. I also get questions about whether I can have a standard set of icons on each user desktop point to standard shortcuts.
