Customer is using Sage Payment Solutions (or whatever it is called now) but she is creating a new website through BigCommerce where you can add a Sage Pay credit card processor. Is this different than SPS??

I wonder if this is what you are referring to? https://www.sagepay.co.uk/ Perhaps it is their continental offering...
