  • 1.  Customer is trying to install a PR update

    but it says users are in they system. Yes, it's advanced but they are on a virtual server (unfortunately, the main guy is on vacation but I have him on the phone as well). I can't find the service running anywhere!!

    You  checked to make sure no pvxwin32.exe are running on the server?

    ​Are you sure it's not running as an Application under another user account?  Check Task Manager for pvxwin32.exe processes.

    Can you reboot the server?  That should do the job.  Also, I have seen users with Starship running and sometimes I need to remove pvxcom.exe from the task manager, also.​  Check for pvxcom.exe running.

    They had to get some shipping done but then they are going to reboot the server. Good thought about it running as an app ​Diana!

    Check for pvxwin32's and pvxcom's... as well as opened files through the network (because remote MAS90 mode processes won't show on the server).
