Customer is trying to apply a credit memo to an invoice paid by credit card but they just upgraded from 4.5 to 2013. When she tries entering the cc, it says ""You do not have sufficient rights to override the credit card information associated with the Apply To invoice entered for this credit memo.""
It is indeed the same credit card from the original invoice. What am I missing? Is it just because the invoice was from 4.5?
