Customer is running the IM Trial balance report and it's all zeroes. Valuation report is fine. (Valuation report by period is also zero.) Activity log shows someone recalculated IM beginning balances for 2017 forward. Is that from running IM period end? A backup company has values in the IM Trial Balance report.
