Customer is running Sage 100 Standard v2014, when they launch Sage they get the login screen, enter credentials & click OK & the screen flashes & is gone. You can watch the process start & go away in the Task Manager. I can log in as the administrator & view all of the tasks available from there. Users do not have auto logoff selected. I've renamed the SY_Workstation & SY_Console files. Nada... Any other suggestions?? I'm at a loss here :(

Is it only on one workstation? Are you able to log into the PC as the amin (or a different user) and run it?

The logon window closes after entering the User's logon ID and password and Sage 100 ERP appears to launch then immediately closes or does not start Resolution - If you have at least one user who can start Sage 100 ERP, use Data File Display and Maintenance to change the value in the BroadcastShutdown field from Y to N. - If no Users are able to start Sage 100 ERP, log onto a different version of the program. - If another installation is not available, contact Customer Support for assistance. - Open Modules, Library Master, and Utilities. Double-click Data File Display and Maintenance. - In the File Name field, type Sy_System.m4t - Press ENTER - Click Edit. - Select Field [BroadcastShutdown$] - In the change field type ""N"" - Click OK. Note: Use caution when working with Data File Display and Maintenance. If the issue persists, verify that Launch32.exe is located in the Server's MAS90/Launcher folder. For Sage 100 ERP Advanced, verify it shows up in the Workstation's MAS90/Launcher folder as well. If the file is missing, restore it from backup or re-run workstation setup (Sage 100 ERP Advanced only). https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/viewdocument.do?noCount=true&externalId=37129&sliceId=1&cmd=displayKC&dialogID=103242&docType=kc&isLoadPublishedVer=&stateId=103244&docTypeID=DT_Article&ViewedDocsListHelper=com.kanisa.apps.common.BaseViewedDocsListHelperImpl

Thanks Wayne, that was indeed the issue! I had just found another post referencing that
