Customer is on v2016 and integrated with Sage CRM. In SO Entry is the Opportunity ID to link back to CRM. Customer wants this field (Opp ID) in the Explorer Views and I can get it there but it's a 'key' and makes no sense to anything nor is it consistent. My CRM consultant says it's not generated by CRM. Sometimes it starts with an N, other times it doesn't, yet other times is fewer characters. Yet in the Opp ID on the screen is a 'Common Name'. Anybody have any idea where this comes from? Anyway to cross reference to the Common Name seen on the screen? Is my CRM Consultant correct in that it doesn't come from CRM? Ideas before I call Sage and get their best guess tomorrow? Thanks
