Customer is on v2016 Adv. They have Sage Intelligence, 1 company for most reports. Environment is Laptop for 1, Desktop with Virtual for another user. Some days the reports run fine, others they don't. They will sit in Executing mode, sometimes throwing an error, others not. I can connect to a virtual and can run the report just fine more often than not. I have told the 1 user to try opening her report in Design mode, make a change and Save the Template. I have also advised them that this is environmental and not a Sage Intelligence Issue. Now the Outside IT is calling as Customer is getting frustrated. Anybody with networking knowledge and experience with SI have any advice/tips I can give them to troubleshoot? I feel they should be able to have user run a report and watch the network (isn't that their job?). I have many customers with consolidated reports and more complex and I don't ever hear of problems like this from them. So it has to be environmental. Advice?
