Customer is on v2015 Standard. Last night I reinstalled program files with PU4. This morning they are getting 'data not selected for report printing' in sales order order printing, invoice printing, and other places. Any ideas? I'm getting an email every 30 seconds with them yelling at me to get this fixed!

rebuild sort files in all would be my first suggestion. it's quick maybe try to convert data files in company maintenance?

Well, it is a little early to start drinking, but it IS five o'clock somewhere...... Reinstalled everything or just installed PU4. Does quick print work?

Sounds like Wayne is onto something. A reinstall of the CD without PU1...... Gosh, that PITA release seems so long ago.

I installed program files, went to install PU4 and becuase they've had some corruption, had PU4 scan the system. Came up with some errors of which it said to rebuild key files prior to finishing update install. so i rebuilt key files (without PU4 being installed), then installed PU4 and converted.

It appears to be limited to the Quick Print throwing the message. I have SY_ReportOptions prior to the Rebuild of Key files and PU4. Think if I replace it and put PU4 on again it would take care of it or do I need to open the case with Sage per Wayne's link?

Does it work from the server? Perhaps reinstall a workstation (with the wksupdate...)?

No, it doesn't work at the server either.

I think when this bug first hit the streets, you had to send the file in for cleanup. I was an early bird tester and I believe that was the fix.

"" this actually changes the scope of what may be wrong quite considerably.

All fixed - I restored the SY_ReportOptions from my backup (DUH!!) and all is good.
