Customer is on V2013 using job cost. AR Commissions are calculated on Gross Profit. They invoice through job cost. I have been testing the transactions and it appears that when invoicing through job cost, commissions are only calculated on the total invoice (excluding sales tax) and not the gross profit. Is that correct and why would it be that way? Does customer then have to manually edit commissions to calculate on gross profit? Seems a bit weird but I don't know job cost well enough to really make an educated statement.
