Customer is on Standard v2015.3 in a hosted environment. I received this email from them today. Anyone seen this? When I am creating a sales order and moving between the tabs, sometimes it will delete my PO or part or all of my address. Sometimes I am having to back into the order multiple times to get it to stick in there. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.

I have seen something similar in 2013 advanced. I replaced the embedded IO for SO, AR, CI, IM, and RA. I backed up everything first... programs and all of the data dictionary tables (.dde,. ddf. etc.). I found the resolution by searching on the Sage KB for Embedded IO.

No 3rd party solutions, not sure they have more than 1 person doing sales orders either.

Are they using Avatax? Had the same problem with ship-to addresses disappearing. They issued a fix a while back.
