    Customer is on Sage 100 v2014 Advanced. The Defaults button on PO and SO is grayed out for certain users. I cannot find the security that is controlling this. I even went as far as to create the most basic role with no security or module options and still have access to the button. I have confirmed this is not a custom office thing.some users are on Citrix, but it doesn't appear to be consistent. Any insight is appreciated!

    Gotta love the security. One time I wasted about four hours looking for a switch. Turned out to be part of total unrelated setting. Have you verified that the button is grayed out before the user enters and order? In the back of my mind, I recall that if you didn't change the defaults BEFORE entering the first order, it was unavailable for the rest of the session. Sorry I don't have an exact answer. It is very frustrating.

    Is it avail when you log in as admin with full right on that machine?

    The order number isn't entered yet. When the screen is opened, the defaults button is grayed out.

    I'm stumped. Does it have something to do with the screen being in Wide Mode? That is a screen shot of v2014? or is that v2016? (not that it matters, it should just be available).

    There is an ""*"" on the screen indicating that it has been modified somehow. Check custom office changes to that panel.
