Customer is on Sage 100 2014 Standard. I'm unsure the PU. Reporting that in some cases when they enter the same special item on two lines they are receiving inaccurate counts of the back order or quantity remaining.
I am still in the very early stages of taking info to determine customer error, form code error, Sage product defect however thought I'd post in case someone had dealt with this issue.
I'm at the ITA Conference and naturally the Sage KB doesn't work reliably through my iPad...
