Customer is on Premium 2015.4 trying to process 1099's. I've done many without having to go to .5. I had to uninstall/install efiling, ran the update from Aatrix Website and still when I click the menu item 1099 efiling and select Misc, the year, etc. and proceed, it starts to process and then disappears and it's gone, never to reappear. Tried turning off Windows Defender and no change. She says another person in office had same problems, thinking environment/network. any suggestions?
