Customer is on MAs 200 V2013 with Starship integrated. Yesterday they noticed that they have 200 or so invoices where they shipped from Starship but the tracking numbers and freight did not come back into MAS. Some invoices through the day have imported and some have not. We rebooted the server and think that the cause is resolved as it seems stable now BUT we have missing tracking numbers and freight charges. Anyone familiar with STarship enough to advise me on pulling the data from Starship database so that I can import into MAS? TIA

Starship uses a SQL database to store transactions. You should be able to create a Crystal report to display the data in the Starship tables by connecting to the Starship SQL database using either OLE DB or ODBC. You need to know what computer the Starship database is stored on. I believe you can get that information in the Starship Server.

Staship can export any of the data. Just go to the Tools menu and cretae an export template. You can export the Tracking Numbers, Freight Amounts, Ship Method and anything else needed to import into Sage. Your Order and Invoice number from Sage should also be there, depending on your configuration
