Customer is on 4.30 and is trying to set item pricing tiers in inventory. Wants to set qty from 1 to 9.5 (vs 10). The tiers won't let me enter decimals even though we have qty decimals set to 2 or 3. I tried this in 4.5 too and same thing so can't use that as excuse to upgrade. Is this working as designed or why can't I enter decimal numbers? Any solutions?

What is your unit of measure defined as? EACH? EACH is predifined as an integer which requires whole units. This may be the problem.

They are using 'Ton' for standard/sales/purchase. They don't have a U/M conversion setup for Ton.

I don't think that decimal places has ever been an option on that screen.

I have never seen decimal's in there, might be something and MD could do for them.
