Customer is going live with StarShip and the label prints correctly to the Zebra printer but when they try and print the packing list, even though they have the Dell printer selected, they get a message stating the page size is not large enough. If I go into Setup and verify the paper size is 8 1/2 x 11, it will then print but it is not retaining it. Is there something in SY_ReportSetting or some other file that keeps this info or how do I get it to retain the last setting? TIA.

Try changing the header and footer margin to be as small as you can, .20.

2013 pu 4. It works once I go into the printer setup. Why doesn't it remember it?

Is this client on Citrix or terminal services? Applianze?

I did all three files and no, it is not TS, Citrix or Applianz.

Is the packing list coming from Sage or is it a Starship version?

No, it prints fine when I change the printer setting. Yes, it's from Sage. Crazy but I changed the default printer to the Dell (it was the Zebra) and now it keeps it. Happy Monday!

I had this same issue with a bill of lading. I had to install Crystal, made sure the form said no printer, and I had to change that printer to the default when we printed. (I changed to default before opening in Crystal so it grabbed the right print driver.)
