Customer is getting this error when trying to update SO Invoice Data Entry:
Error Encountered: Record '0062543' is missing from JT_WorkTicket.M4T. Info gives Error 11: Record not found or Duplicate key on write, Program SO_158SalesJournal2_upd.pvc. I checked the work ticket and it is not missing and all steps looked fine. Version 4.5. Ideas? TIA.
