Think they still do @JeffSchwenk. With J/C in framework that integration one might be a little better. W/O was hard for them to get, scheduling, and push/pull into their systems with infinite load. Likely if W/O makes it to framework this might be improved in the future.
I've asked SIA over a year ago to share on SC how they get notified about 'prospects'. SIA is offered as part of Gold BP. Sage sends the customer list to SIA and they start prospecting; they are supposed to work with the reseller, but I do not think that is adhered to. SIA (at least a while ago) works optimally with clean dataset - S/O & P/O up to date, primary vendors and lead times, reviewed costs and prices, to name a few. This is all excellent consulting work for us, if we get the opportunity and SIA doesn't bypass us. @WayneSchulz may have more recent insight.
I've been reviewing EazyStock which has a richer history, fairer prices to customers, a partner channel program with up to 40% margins, and integrates with multiple ERP systems. EazyStock is a part of Syncron International. https://www.eazystock.com/
