Customer is asking if we can turn off the PDF storage of A/R statements, but keep electronic delivery feature? The Forms checkbox in Paperless setup applies to Electronic Delivery and PDF Storage and is either on or off...you can't tell it you want to email forms but not store the PDF's, right?

I don't think so.

You could set the storage location for the statements to a different folder, and then just write a batch file or script that can be scheduled to run every night to delete everything in that folder.

I don't know if there is a way to schedule it but you may wish to use the Purge PDF Documents utility so both the documents and the document index entries are removed.

Are they short of space. Seems to be a lot of work just to purge statements...............

No, not at all short of space. They were just complaining of the printing speed when printing to paperless so they asked if they could turn it off. I think it is a speed issue, not the fact that they don't want to keep the pdf's. That's the path we're going down now. Thanks for everyone's help.

FWIW, We had an issue where we turned off the realtime scan for the workstation and the MAS area of the server but forgot the area PDFs were stored.
