Sage 100

Customer is asking for a trial balance of the budget. I was thinking Sage Intelligence would have budget columns to sub for the actuals, but there does not seem to be a trial balance template. Any ideas?

Perhaps the Budget and History Report with ""Print Totals Only"" checked. It looks like you might have to do some prettying up of the report as each line shows a rather unsightly ""Total/Ending Balance"" total .

Okay, old school but there is always the Custom Financials option....

OMG, NOT the custom financials............ I hated them in 1996 and I am still traumatized by them.....

Well, when I looked at their system yesterday and asked them how they were planning on inputting the budget into MAS so it could be reported on, they decided that ""given our deadline"" (don't ask me what it is because they didn't say) ""we will continue to cut and paste in Excel like we have been."" The problem with trying to completely get rid of hourly billing is that it ASSUMES that customers actually want results....

They should be able to query the information out of Sage.........
