Customer in v2016 Standard. When we recalculate item history, all the files in IM are recalculated...but not the ones for Sales Order History. Now, I print Inventory Sales History Report by Customer and the data is different from Customer Sales History in Sales Order. How can I rebalance all those files????

Back in the SO/PO framework migration days, I would use a utility from Martin and Assoc (http://martinandassoc.com/enhancements/mas-90-200/customer-salesvendor-purchase-history-recalculation/). I'm not sure if it's still available or updated.

You might try the Recalculate button in GL Fiscal Year Maintenance. It says it will recalculate Sales Order recap information.

I tried the GL Fiscal Year but it didnt fix it....I believe it has to do with the timing of the upgrade that year....

Not sure but I think I may have used the DSD rebuild for this. Actually had two customers where I bought the utility and used it. Check with @NicoleRonchetti as she can tell you for 100% if it's a possible solution.
