    Customer has noticed that one of their Customers in AR was deleted ""somehow"". They believe the history is there. They add the customer manually back to the AR Customer Master File. They go into Tab # 6 go view invoices. Blank. No statistics either. They rebuilt sorts. No relief. My GUT instinct is someone was in the middle of deleting the customer and realized an error and flipped the power off so it was only partly deleted. Now they're wondering what they can try to rebuild this tab.

    I think this is populated from the AR_TransactionPaymentHistory?

    The top window is pulled from open invoice table. The transactions associated with it in the bottom table is the transactionPayment history table. If there is nothing in the open invoice table, there is nothing for the top panel. Without anything in the top panel, there is nothing to display in the bottom panel.

    Just verified that - thanks. The AR_OpenInvoice.M4T drives the detail. I suspect someone screwed up either purging or deleting a customer. What I dislike is being voted the unpaid detective ""How could this have happened"" ... ""Nobody would have done that "" ...
