    Customer has MAS 200 v4.5 on AWS EC2 instance. All is great except Paperless Office setup is not liking the UNC path to the PLO folders. The folder is shared, so the path I enter into setup is : \\AMAZONA-G1KASJH\Paperless\Journals\SO MAS clears the input 5 seconds after ""Accept"". Event Viewer then shows this error: Log Name: System Source: Schannel Date: 1/16/2014 2:12:19 PM Event ID: 36888 Task Category: None Level: Error Keywords: User: SYSTEM Computer: AMAZONA-G1KASJH Description: The following fatal alert was generated: 10. The internal error state is 10. I don't see anything even remotely related to this on a search on 'Paperless office"", and it has NO records of ""schannel"". Does this ring a bell with anybody?

    Make sure the user setup to run the 200 service has access to that path.

    Thanks. This turned out to be more of a Stupid Human Trick than anything else. It is a new ROR and misunderstood their architecture. All good now.
