Customer has Citrix, MAS 200 4.5 and Citrix clients with multiple monitors. They are getting this weird issue with one user where every so often their MAS 200 account does not pull up MAS 200 windows correctly. They ruled out the Windows profile as they can change user and it work just fine. The workaround has been to remove their MAS 200 account and set up a new one. This issue happens once a month. Anyone else experience this or have a solution?
