    Customer had a computer hiccup on a work ticket with a serialized part. When trying to add the part back, received the message that the part was already on the order. I removed the transaction entry that was in the JT_Transaction file and we can now enter the part. However, when we try to distribute the serial number, the on hand quantity is 0. What am I missing? TIA.

    Can you rebuild sorts for IM? If not in DFDM check/update the quantity for the item.

    Rebuilt the sorts (but will try again) and did update the quantity in CI_Item and IM_ItemWarehouse. Does JobOps have it's own lot/serial file?

    Look in the IM_ItemCost table for committed quantity (to clear).
