Customer Contact lookup is empty, yet there are contacts for the customer. Version 4.50. Couldn't find anything in Sage's KB, but you know how that goes...

Had that happen on my 4.4 when I upgraded from 4.3 internally. I had to delete my lookup and recreate.

Search for ""blank lookups' - a few pop up. Don't know if they'll help or not...

Confirm you don't have custom lookups via the User Lookup wizard. (Library Master) If you do try deleting and recreating.

@JimWoodhead on the money ... an ALL ALL custom lookup was defined - I deleted it and recreated it and ta do the lookup worked ... thanks much!
