Customer clicks preview - gets ""Error 12 - File do

  • 1.  Customer clicks preview - gets ""Error 12 - File do

    Customer clicks preview - gets ""Error 12 - File does not exist"" in one of the old school MAS big gray error boxes where you have to type ""BYE"" to exit. Others can preview. Trying to uninstall/reinstall - weird.

    Network? Permissions for read/write temporary files?

    Resolved with reinstall or workstation setup
