Customer called with a problem on Sage 100 ERP 2013 -- Advanced -- where suddenly they are being prompted for a login to Crystal. They're using unified network login and the IT admin claims that he does not get the prompt but others do. The only note I saw in a cursory search of the Sage KB is to reinstall workstation setup. Anyone else run into this and have any suggestions? I have not yet logged in to look at whether they are using ODBC security (my second guess). UPDATE: Solution is to turn off unified login, blank out passwords for users, turn unified login back on.

Have them reboot the workstation first....

Remove all passwords in User Maintenance.

@DougHiggs unless I'm missing something I can't change the passwords in user maintenance when unified login is used

You might need to turn off unified logon temporarily, then make sure all of the MAS User maintenance accounts have the passwords blanked out. Then turn unified logon back on.

Note that this also caused issues with Sage Intelligence logins. Customer self-upgraded and neglected to mention that they only recently turned on Single Sign On (or I neglected to ask depending upon your point of view).
