Customer at 4.4.6 using SPS. Entered a sales order and the authorization was declined. Now she can't change the payment type or exit the order. Am I missing something?

What's the message you receive upon trying to exit the order?

The credit card transaction request failed: The payment server returned a result of DECLINE.

Can you remove any of the credit card info on the S/O credit card information screen? Or maybe tempoarily enter an Auth code?

If you highlight the credit card number and delete it, you can then change the payment type and the order is fine.

So does that mean that the credit card is at its limit? What happens if you use your Visa?

It doesn't say why it was declined, just that it was.
