I have a customer who is using CIMcloud and they are happy with them. Their issue is they paid about $100k for the website and this was only about 2 years ago. Now they tell me CIMcloud is asking for another $50k to migrate or upgrade their site.
Has anyone else had a customer contact them about this? My customer is a little upset about the high cost especially given that they only just put CIMcloud in within the past few years.
