    Customer advises only one person has ability to delete credit cards from the customer maintenance screen. Have indicated that they may need to first wipe the card # and then try to delete (if it is primary) and they say this isn't working. Before I start thinking Custom Office has been used have I missed something? I don't see anything more specific in role maintenance which would bar people from deleting a CC # unless it's an option set in one of the general or LM areas. ?

    Looks like the customer did not blank out the card as primary - and therefore could not delete the card.
