Customer adds inventory using inventory transaction instead of ROG, In the Detail Transaction Report there is an entry with an IZ type listed as NEG QTY ADJUST for a negative million dollars. I checked his paperless update reports and don't see anything. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Was the inventory in a negative position when the receipt was performed?

No problem. That post usually occurs when inventory goes negative and the system is trying to ""right"" the negative inventory value that's transpired.

I see now what he did. He took it into warehouse 001 and sold it form other warehouses

Is the valuation method Average? Usually see this fixing average cost items. Check average cost in warehouse record. May not be anything to do in IM, just reverse in GL if it posted there.
