    Custom Office: MAS 90 v4.5.2.0. Has anyone come accross a file being deleted when running the Customer Office Utilities? My AR_Customer file was completely removed after running the Custom Office Utilities! I have 12 manual UDF's and a new custom panel in AR_Customer. Ran the utilities and could not get back into AR Customer Maintenance. Getting error 200 SY_Service.pvc 386 and error 12 CM_UTILITY_LIBUPDATE_UI.pvc 507 (I had to manually reint the file) I have since added them back, ran the utilities again and yep, the file was removed. This is a new company so luckily there isn't any data yet, but I did loose my entire customer file for company ABC (not too worried about that one) I re-entered the UDF's and added them to the panel but did not use the update utilities. Going to put it away for the day!

    Amy - Both the Customize Panel Update utility and the Update button in UDF Maintenance create temp files then later delete the original, then rename the temp file to the original. This type or error you're getting sounds like there is an external cause at play not allowing all the deleting or renaming to take place. I haven't had this happen with Customizer but outside of that it has happened when: 1) You don't have sufficient permissions to rename or delete files in the operating system at least in the affected folder. 2) A service running on the server called File Server Resource Manager. For me it was configured to prevent audio files from being renamed, deleted, or added which included M4P files. You could just stop the service. 3) Anti-virus or similar
