Custom Office issues on 2016.1. Client has a lot of SO Entry UDFs. They have modified the screens so that different UDFS are setup for different SO Entry clerks. I have one UDF I cannot get to show on the data entry screen for a user, and here's where it gets weird - if I delete her mod totally (there is no folder in SO/CUSTOM for her), I still see the same thing I've been seeing with a bunch of UDFs on it. There is no mod for ###-###. Where in the hell is her modified screen coming from? It does not have a * at the top indicating it is modified, but it sure as heck is.

Can you right click on the screen and reset the screen?

Check the user maintenance field for Customization Group. could be they are assigned to one.

I think I've found it in SY_GridDefinition - thinking it relates back to trying to copy the mod from one company to ALL companies. There are still some entries out there for the one company. Still checking...

They weren't in wide panel, and it ended up not mattering. There were records for grid definition for all companies/specific user/all workstations, all companies/specific user/specific workstation, one company/specific user/all workstations, one company/specific users/specific workstation. I just kept deleting until we were back at a default SO screen and started over and then it worked.
