I always delete and re-create the service. It is quick to do, and is the safest strategy.

A proper path should look something like this.

As far as I know you need the C/S ODBC to run off the proper Sage 100 instance, so I recommend re-creating the Service. It doesn't look to be easily editable, unless maybe via regedit.
