I have a client who regularly runs a crystal report designed to create a Pos Pay file for the bank.  They run the report to preview and export it to a text file from the preview.  If you have done this, you know that typically you are asked about lines per page (pagination) and we set this to zero for no pagination, next you are prompted for characters per inch (CPI) and I want this set to 16.  Here is where the trouble comes ... the user who typically does this set this value to something other than 16 and also clicked the little checkbox to remember this setting.  As a result the file is not formatted properly.  The question is ... how do we 'uncheck' that remember this setting box?  Is this a registry hack?  Any ideas are welcome.....  TIA  - Randy

Pull a copy from backup???  I am guessing they aren't on a Sage version that has positive included?  When I export from a Crystal using a Sage report, This is where the information displays

Hi Jeff - Until I can get them off of 4.30, this is what we got.... They are running Mas200 and accessing it via a windows 2008 Terminal server ... I have recreated a new windows profile for her login credentials and that has cured this issue ... Not sure what other issues it introduces, but I will likely find out.  From your screen shots, looks like newer versions have done away with the 'Remember this setting' checkbox... Probably a good thing.

I believe 4.3 would be Crystal Reports 10
