Crystal Reports versions 9 and higher, including XIR2(11.5) all support Unicode. To the best of my understanding, Korean characters should be fully supported. Screen fonts are OK. We could see the fonts correctly. However, when we print out any reports, the Korean characters are broken. Once change the font as Arial Unicode MS, it is OK. But I can change all crystal reports of Mas200. Do you have any idea or any source for inforation?

There may be a different answer than this however it sounds as if you wan to change all the fonts in multiple reports. Something such as this perhaps? http://www.recrystallize.com/merchant/softwareforces/rptinspector.htm

So, you are saying that when you preview the report on screen, you can see the Korean characters, but if you try to print the report, it breaks?

As weird as it may seem viewing and printing in Crystal are two different things. Just because it views does not mean it will print. My guess is that would need the fonts installed.

I will have to ask the consultant/client for additional information. Thanks for the feedback.
