Sage 100

I have a client requesting a side by side list of items in the SO details section of their sales order form.  They would like to save space and have all items print on one page, but I'm not sure how to go about this or if it is even possible.  I'm ok with telling her no, but figured I owe it to them to check into it.  Any good options? Maybe a subreport, but yuck...

In the Section Expert for the DETAILS line, you can check the "Format With Multiple Columns" check box on the Common tab, then go to the Layout tab and click the "Format Groups with multiple columns".  You'll need to change the width, also, like 4.00 wide.

Be sure to test well.  The Sage forms have multiple details sections and how comments, serial #'s... are displayed might be odd with multiple columns.  Enable the option for across then down (otherwise it will fill the page downwards before starting the second column). ​

Thanks Beth, I'll give that a try and will be sure to test well Kevin!  The multiple detail sections scare me, but I'll give it a shot. Thanks for the tips!
