Crystal Reports problem. Upgraded from 4.4 to 2014. Client used to be able to Drill-Down in Crystal on Custom reports and then Export the Drill-Down part to Excel. They can still Drill Down but when they export to Excel they get the Main report, not the Drill-Down page. Nothing on this in Sage Knowledgebase or Google search. Anyone seen this before?
BTW, it works when openning report directly in Crystal but not when selecting the reports from the Custom menu
