    Is there a program that can run crystal reports but not allow changes to the report or the ability to create new reports?

    The client has many crystal reports, all pointing to a SQL Mirror of Sage 100. Each report has an OLE DB connection to the specific company code in the SQL server. The client does not want to give users access to all the capabilities of Crystal Reports, just the ability to update, print and export the specific report they have access to.

    All ideas are welcome.

    I think Millet Software (maker of Visual Cut) has a program to run Crystal Reports runtime app without having Crystal Reports installed.

    I have Logicity Lite and a VIsual Cut Demo. I'll request a demo of DataLink Viewer and check that out.

    @Phil McIntosh do I need Logicity Pro to do that?​

    I believe Lite should work but they have renamed things since last I used it - at that point the free edition did what you need.
