    **Crystal Reports gurus** I upgraded SAGE 100 STD to v2018. v2018 workstation client installs the run-time CR v2016. Some workstations also run Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge (fund raising) RE7.96.6401.5 which uses Crystal Reports XI. Now Raiser's Edge cannot generate custom reports. Anyone know how to get the two versions of Crystal Reports to reside peacefully together on the same workstation? Raiser's Edge reports: ""Error in Report 997"".

    Got same issue in my office with multiple versions of Sage 100.....

    Its likely related to Crystal SP22. No good answers other them maybe running in separate virtual environments,
