Help!
 I have a client that has Crystal reports printing to their physical, network printer every morning for the last 4-5 years. This has been in place since before we took over their account, so we didn't set it up.
They want these to stop & I can't find where these are scheduled from.
I've searched the server & multiple workstations. I can't find any program installed that would be doing this.

They have Sage Alerts, but this program doesn't have printing capabilities & doesn't have these jobs/reports listed.
I had found Visual Studio 2010 on their server, which I thought could be doing it, so I uninstalled it & it still prints.
I've searched Windows Task Scheduler, nothing.
I've looked in IIS, nothing.
Their IT company can't find anything either.

Any other thoughts on what has been around for years that had the ability to fire up Crystal & print a job on a schedule?

If there is a print server, pause the queue to see where the jobs are coming from.
If it's a network printer, change the IP address.  It won't show you the source, but it would stop the printouts.

Perhaps shut down SAW overnight ( if they can ) just to rule that out. 

Both Visual Cut and Logicity can do this.
The Logicity files usually end in RRD ( I think ) and fire off through Windows Task Scheduler
