  • 1.  Crystal Reports and Labels

    I have setup a shipping label size 1.3 x 3.0 for Dymo printer. It prints the first label fine but then prints 7 blank labels afterwards when I have only told it to print one label. Any suggestions on how to stop it from printing the blank labels afterwards? TIA.

    You've set the page size correctly (in Crystal Reports)?

    Have you verified it doesn't think the PAPER is 8.5x11, @Shannon Stanley​?

    I do have it assigned to the Dymo printer and correct label size the customer is currently using. When I unchecked the paper size or printer it would generate an error when printing that the paper size isn't the correct format.

    Hi there - Also you may need to setup a custom paper size in the Windows Printer Setup for 1.3 x 3.0

    Sometimes checking for updated print drivers helps.

    I did do an update on the dymo printer driver so it would reflect the current one but it still keeps printing blank labels after.

    If you try printing to the label printer from Notepad, does it still print the blanks?  It may be something inside the printer settings / print driver settings.
