Crystal Reports 2011 (used with Sage 100 2014). The formula used in the group footer to calculate group totals is not summing correctly. It is only using values from the page the field prints out on. All values in the prior pages for the group are treated like they don't exist. Anyone dealt with something like this before? Additional Information on Custom Crystal report: Crystal Reports 2011 used with Sage 100 2014. Report contains sub-report. Sub report is totaling sets of invoices, details flow into the main report beautifully for the groups. The main report has 2 detail sections - 1 for the invoice details and the second detail section that is capturing totals from the sub report for the group. Both detail sections run great. But when it comes to summing the second detail section on the main report page in the group footer, the formula ignores group values that do not print on the same page as calculating field. The built in Sum function does not include the values in detail section B in the list of fields to summarize. HELP! Please Help... Everything looks great - except this summing formula that is set like this.... WhilePrintingRecords; Shared NumberVar SPTotComm

Looks like there is a formula that is re-setting or re-calculating the shared variable somewhere in the report.

Jeff, I sent the files in an email as well. Thank you for taking a look at this. I've not heard of this behavior in Crystal before.
