  • 1.  Crystal Report preview closes immediately

    Customer in Sage 100 Advanced 2019 (6.10.2.0)...installed in an Azure server.

    When they preview reports, in this case Salesperson Commission Report, they enter the parameters and hit PREVIEW...
    The system starts processing the workfile....and then closes the window....

    No clue what is going on...it is sporadically

    I have a client that is experiencing the same thing. Did you ever resolve this?

    Sounds like AV shutting it down.  A long shot

    Or maybe a crash... I'd check Windows Event Viewer too.
