Anyone ever have issues with bringing a Crystal Report based on a stored procedure into a Custom Reports menu in Sage 100?  The report runs fine in Crystal.  It has two parameters that come from the stored procedure and another parameter from within the Crystal report itself.  When launching from the Sage 100 UI, the message pops up stating the report needs to be converted to the latest version.  It's immediately after clicking OK that this error appears.  "The following error occurred when attempting to connect....the table could not be found."

    Any ideas?

Have you tried going to File, Summary Info and putting "Converted to version x.xx" (where x.xx is the running version of Sage 100) in the keywords field?

Table could not be found is sometimes associated with permissions.  Same results when running Sage as admin from the shortcut?

Does the account that's running the Sage service have rights to execute the stored procedure?

I'd think it would be MAS_Reports that needs the permissions... (assuming it is a Premium system).

Thanks @Kevin Moyes.   It was the MAS_Reports user.  And yes, it's Premium.  This ability to use SP's for Crystal Reports opens up a lot of doors.  Never knew it was possible.

Thanks again everyone!  @Phil McIntosh  @alan niergarth @Steve Iwanowski
