  • 1.  Crystal Logon failure

    A customer can't print anything from Sage 100 because of an apparent Crystal disconnect.  Their SO Invoices are printing basically a blank format.  All reports come up with the following errors when you either print or preview:
    Print Report Error

    Preview Report Error

    @Chuck Peddy  If they are using the Sage ODBC print service, stop it and start it again.  ​

    If you have an issue stopping and re-starting the odbc print service you may have to manually end task on it ib task manager.  The program name is pvxiosvr.exe displayed on the details tab of task manager.

    @Doug Higgs  I turned off the ODBC  ​Driver  on tab 5 of the System Configuration and that did the trick!

    @Kevin Moyes, I wouldn't totally rule that out except this happened in the middle of the day and this is not a technically sophisticated customer.  I may look at things further ​after hours.
