  • 1.  Crystal gives varying data dependent on machine

    Updated a customer from 2014 -> 2019. On running an AR custom report I get correct data when it is run from the server but missing data when run from workstations. Never seen anything like this before.

    Does the report use a custom DSN?  If so, the workstation may be pointing somewhere else.

    I would look at ODBC settings first
