Crystal forms question - AP Check form is 1 stub that is 2 stubs long and the check. Created Stub, Check form in crystal, but when we print it prints 231 pages of the same check. Have tried changing the page rulers length, fit to section, reduced font to 10 point. But the form continues to print multiple copies of the same check. Is there a setting that I'm missing? Any thoughts on why the form is printing multiple copies?

What other changes were made to the form, i.e. udf's or other standard fields?

Any new data links? Incorrect links many times show themselves this way.

No UDF's just stock Sage 100 ERP fields. I added GL_Account - field Company Code to the top of the report but not in the report header, just placed it above the sub-report.

I would start with a new form and immediately test print. If that works but needs field placement modifications, do just a few, then test again. Do not remove any sections of the check.

I agree with Kathryn; will be your fastest method to identify the problem field.

The GL account could be the issue. If you want to display accounts, use the section inside the subreport

The GL account can be automatically printed by using the ""Print G/L Distribution"" checkbox on the Check Printing screen, if that is your goal. Do you have 231 Accounts or 231 companies?

Looks like the solution was to move a few fields that printed above the sub report, to the page header. Thank you all for your input. Starting from scratch and removing and adding fields worked to isolate the problem.
